Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled *only before dispatch
  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting us at [support@mservicemart.com] or through the Contact Us page.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will *not* be possible.

 

2. Returns & Refunds

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must notify us within 12–24 hour
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.


3. Shipping & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address and contact details.
  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect details, refunds will *not* be applicable.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refundable unless the error is from our side.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used  items
  • Products with tampered packaging
  • Customized or special-made items
  • Items purchased during special offers or sales, unless damaged or defective on arrival


5. Legal Compliance

  • This policy follows the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
  • MServiceMart reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website.
